Tour Guidelines, Visitor Best Practices, & Fine Print:
Tours do NOT include the entrance fee to Yellowstone National Park. For faster park entry, please bring your America The Beautiful Pass (if you have one), or pre-purchase a day pass online at https://www.nps.gov/yell/planyourvisit/fees.htm
Guests should come prepared with the appropriate clothing, equipment, and any desired food, (snacks, water, and coffee are provided.) Please refer to our suggested packing lists below for our recommendations based on the type and length of tour you are joining us on.
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner to each other, the assigned guide, park staff and other visitors, as well as the wildlife and natural environment.
Guests must abide by all state, local, and federal laws as well as Yellowstone National Park regulations. Park regulations can be found at https://www.nps.gov/yell/planyourvisit/rules.htm.
While we strive to keep tours within the described time frame, many aspects outside of our control may delay our return. This includes inclement weather, traffic delays, and animal jams.
Tours do NOT include any lodging or meals. Drinks and snacks are provided, along with a cooler and ice.
Deposits of 50% of the full tour cost are due upon booking. The remaining amount is due 30 days before the tour date.
Cancelations at least 31 days before the tour date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Cancelations between 30 -15 days before the tour date are eligible for a refund of half of the deposit (25% of full tour cost.) Cancelations within 14 days of the tour date forfeit the full deposit amount.

Full-Day Tour:
